On your device

Letterhorn saves your progress, statistics, friends list, settings and a random account key in your browser's local storage. None of this leaves your device unless you post a climb, add a friend or join a league. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Leaderboards, friends and leagues

If you post a climb, we store your chosen name, a random account key, a random friend code, and the words of each climb so the score can be checked. If you create or join a league, we store that membership. Names, friend codes and climbs are shown publicly. Your account key is not. We use Supabase to store this data in [REGION OF YOUR SUPABASE PROJECT].

To have your data removed, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your friend code.

What we don't do

No sign-up, no advertising, no tracking cookies and no selling of data. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address when it serves them.
